Finding great customer service isn't easy to do...

...and so I've decided to start a dialogue about it and hopefully make a difference. I am of the opinion that our country, the United States, has declined intellectually in the past 40 or so years and that we don't treat each other with the same respect that we used to (It used to be, "The Customer is always right." Now it's, "How can I get them outta here before they start yelling.")

I'm not loving it, so I'm trying to make difference by pointing out opportunities, missed and otherwise, to make a positive difference with your clients and customers and to improve the training of your staff.
